Financing disclosures.

Approval, pricing, disbursement and repayment terms for business financing.

  1. Lender approval and availability

Loans are subject to lender approval. Available products, amounts and terms depend on the state where your business is located, your business profile and underwriting results. Your loan agreement identifies the lender before you sign. Financing arranged through a third-party provider is subject to that provider’s requirements and terms.

  2. Loan amounts and qualification

Any advertised maximum amount is available only to applicants who meet the provider’s underwriting requirements. Meeting a starting revenue or time-in-business guideline does not establish eligibility for a particular amount. The final decision may also consider verified cash flow, credit history, existing debt, industry, collateral and the intended use of funds.

  3. Funding and deposit timing

Funds are released after approval, completion of the agreement and satisfaction of the provider’s funding conditions. Same-day funding, when offered, is subject to the provider’s processing cutoff, business-day schedule and receiving-bank availability. Requests completed after the applicable cutoff, on weekends or on bank holidays may be processed on a later business day. Completing an inquiry does not establish a funding date.

  4. Rates, pricing and fees

Actual pricing is determined by the provider’s review and the written offer. Any advertised lowest rate is available only to applicants who meet the criteria for that rate. Your offer and agreement set out the applicable interest rate or pricing structure, fees and payment schedule. A factor rate is not an annual percentage rate (APR), and an illustrative rate or payment example is not a personalized offer.

  5. Early repayment of term loans

Paying off a term loan early may not eliminate all remaining borrowing costs. Depending on the agreement, the payoff may include a prepayment charge, minimum interest or a portion of unpaid interest or finance charges. The applicable calculation and any early-payoff benefit are determined by your loan agreement. Request a payoff quote for the date you intend to repay.

  6. Business lines of credit

The approved credit limit may differ from the amount currently available to draw. Access to additional funds, renewal and any restoration of availability after repayment are subject to the credit agreement. Interest, draw fees, maintenance fees or other charges may apply as disclosed. A credit line may be subject to continuing review and does not guarantee permanent access to its original limit.

  7. Merchant cash advances

A merchant cash advance is generally structured as a purchase of future business revenue rather than a traditional loan. The agreement specifies the advance, purchased amount, fees, collection method and any reconciliation provisions. Scheduled collections do not necessarily adjust automatically when revenue changes. Early settlement does not necessarily reduce the total amount due; the agreement controls any discount or adjustment.
